    • No, we do not offer video calling at this time.

    • What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer a variety of secure payment options for customers in India, including:

    • What should I do if my online payment fails?
      • 1. Double-check all your billing information for errors.
      • 2. Retry the transaction.

    In case of a payment failure where funds are debited from your account, a refund will be credited within 7-10 business days upon confirmation from your bank.

    • Local Shipping (INR)

      • Orders below Rs. 1000: Rs. 100 shipping fee
      • Orders above Rs. 1000: Free Shipping

      International Shipping (USD)

      • Orders $0 to $125: $30 shipping fee
      • Orders $125 to $225: $15 shipping fee
      • Orders above $225: Free Shipping

    • How will I know my order has shipped?
    • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to the address you provided at checkout.

    • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship worldwide!

  4. Cancellation & Modifications
    • What is your cancellation policy?
    • An order cannot be cancelled if:

      • Order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped out.
      • For order cancellation you have contact us within 24 hours of order placing, You can either call or WhatsApp us at +91-89775 28118 or email at eshop@taruni.in for further assistance. Any amount you have paid will be credited to the original payment source

    • What if the product I receive is different from what I saw on the website?
    • If the product doesn't match the website description or your expectations, let our customer service team know within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing eshop@taruni.in. They'll review your complaint and take appropriate action.


    • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product to our customer service email: eshop@taruni.in. We'll investigate the issue and determine the next steps.

  5. Returns & Exchange
  • What is Taruni’s return policy?
  • We accept returns for physically damaged/defective items only, If you believe you've received an incorrect or unsatisfactory item, notify us within 24 hours (with relevant pictures & video of you opening the parcel) at eshop@taruni.in, and our customer service team will investigate your complaint.

    If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased, you can exchange it. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

  • What is Taruni’s exchange policy?
  • We only allow exchanges for physically damaged/defective items. You must ship the product back to us within 24 hours of delivery (India) or 48 hours (international).

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged/defective.

    We reserve the right to reject exchanges that don't meet our return policy requirements, including:

    • Worn, altered, or washed clothing
    • Clothing without price tags

    Additionally, we may restrict future orders from customers with an excessive number of returns within a 12 months period.
