  • We accept returns for physically damaged/defective items only, If you believe you've received an incorrect or unsatisfactory item, notify us within 24 hours (with relevant pictures & video of you opening the parcel) at, and our customer service team will investigate your complaint.

    If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased, you can exchange it. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

  • We only allow exchanges for physically damaged/defective items. You must ship the product back to us within 24 hours of delivery (India) or 48 hours (international).

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged/defective.

    We reserve the right to reject exchanges that don't meet our return policy requirements, including:
