Return requests submitted via phone, WhatsApp, or email will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address..
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹100 towards courier charges.
A ₹199 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns within India.

Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹1000 will incur a ₹100 shipping charge.
Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping within India.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please place a new order using your refund credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
In exceptional cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved (such as damaged or incorrect items), a ₹199 restocking fee will still apply.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

Missing or Wrong Product Claims

Any claims related to missing or incorrect items must be raised within 24 working hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is required for such claims. The video must show the package seal and shipping label, and must continue uninterrupted as the parcel is opened.
