Returns & Cancellation

Return Eligibility

  • You can place a return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description shown online.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels intact.
  • The following items are non-returnable: accessories, bags, blouses, footwear, and any customized, altered, or personalized items.
  • All return requests are subject to approval following verification.


How to Request a Return

  • If you placed your order using a registered account, visit your order history to initiate the return.
  • Guest users can initiate a return by entering their order number and email/phone at : https://taruni.in/apps/return_prime
  • Return requests submitted via phone, WhatsApp, or email will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address..
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹100 towards courier charges.
  • A ₹199 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns within India.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹1000 will incur a ₹100 shipping charge.
  • Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping within India.


Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please place a new order using your refund credit.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved (such as damaged or incorrect items), a ₹199 restocking fee will still apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

 

Missing or Wrong Product Claims

  • Any claims related to missing or incorrect items must be raised within 24 working hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is required for such claims. The video must show the package seal and shipping label, and must continue uninterrupted as the parcel is opened.
