For Cancellation -

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
• To ensure prompt delivery, cancellations will not be considered after our vendors have initiated the shipment process.
• There will be no cancellations on discounted products or items on sale.
• No cancellations will be entertained if the products have been altered as per the customer’s specifications.
• In case of any damaged or defective garments, please report the same to our customer service email ID (eshop@taruni.in). The request will, however, be considered once the merchant checks and confirms the same at their end.
• The cancellation will also be reviewed based on proof, i.e. video or images taken while opening the parcel.
• If you feel that the product you received is not the same as shown on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the attention of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. The customer service team will promptly look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

For Exchange -

• Only unworn and unaltered merchandise with the original price tag attached qualifies for exchange. This excludes items that have been washed, worn, altered, or had sleeves attached.
• To initiate an exchange, customers must contact Taruni within 24 hours of delivery for domestic orders and 48 hours of delivery for international orders.
• Exchanges are solely accepted for items that sustained damage during the shipping process. If such an instance occurs, customers are encouraged to contact Taruni within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph or video for a prompt resolution.
• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item to Taruni. This applies unless the item was originally damaged during shipping.
• Taruni reserves the right to limit a customer's ability to place future orders if an excessive number of exchanges (multiple returns) occur within twelve months.
